The Natural Person portal is used to collect personal information about new clients and verify their identities.
Users will see a landing page with an optional company logo and customizable text/button colors.
Data Privacy and Consent - The next screen provides an overview of what information can be gathered and the consent sign-off to proceed with the Natural Person entry.
Users will be prompted to enter their contact information including the following required fields: First Name Last Name Date of Birth Email Address Note: There is an option to define which fields are required vs optional.
Next users will be prompted to enter their address information.
Registration Checklist is displayed to provide the client with the progression of their registration.
The Identity Document portion is displayed next and will request for Government Issued Document/s
Each type of document will have a sub-screen (Seen below) to guide the client on this process and there is also the option (Email a link to complete on another device) for the client to continue this process from another device or at a later time, when they have the required documents.
Registration Checklist is again displayed to provide the client with the progression of their registration.
The Biometric Authentication portion is next and this is where the client will have the ability to have a "selfie" taken, upload a picture or complete on another device.

The Supporting Documents portion is where the client will be able to provide Proof of Address
Note: supporting documents can be configured based on the business requirements.
The final Registration Checklist is displayed and provides the client with the final overview of what information and documents or pictures were provided
Once the client selects "Next", the Thank You! screen is provided and can be closed.
After entering contact and address information, the system will create a blank record for the new client in the dashboard with no identity or additional documents yet attached.
Meanwhile, users will continue to uploading their identity documents. iComply offers Passport, government issued ID card or a Drivers License. The country specified will carry over from the address information entered by the user, but can be modified if needed.
