Last updated 1 year ago

To add a new User, click on the +Invite User button on the User Management page. The following pop up will appear:

Enter First and Last name, along with a valid email address.

Set any tags. Tags are a way to group users in the platform. It is possible to create any number of custom tags and assign any number of tags to any User. Tags are informational only and do not cause any special functionality to occur.

Security Options: Set Two Factor Authentication and Require Identity Verification if desired.

There are two user types: Platform and Admin users.

Platform User

Specify the user type and permissions allowed for the new User. Platform users are designed to have only the permissions required to perform necessary work throughout the platform. You can either select the checkbox for All Permissions to be granted or individually grant them.

Set permissions on Personal Information:

Users can have multiple permissions:

Personal Information, Corporate information, Affiliated Entities, Addresses, Identity Document, Biometric Authentication, and Documents all contain the same sorts of permission fields:

Risk Screening permissions pertain to what sort of AML components the user is permitted to access in the platform:

Report permissions give access to different reports:

Admin User:

Admin users can access additional parts of the platform. These include User Management, KYC Portals, and Compliance Settings:

Once user setup is complete, click submit to save the user to the platform. The new user should get an email to set up a password:

Two Factor Authentication:

If Two Factor Authentication is enabled, the user will see the following screen after creating a password:

Once successful, the user will see a message reading: You successfully configured your authenticator app! Additionally, an 89-character recovery code (including spaces) will appear. The user can then continue to the application.

Require Identity Verification:

If Require Identity Verification is enabled, the user will be required to verify themself through the Internal Service Portal after setting up their password.

The user's access will remain restricted until a team member accepts their Natural Person profile within the platform. Upon completing the verification process via the portal, the user will have to wait for system verification before they can log in. Once verified, a blue verification star will appear next to their name in the User Management section. Subsequently, once verified, they will be granted the ability to log in.
