With the addition of the custom Risk Scoring, the environment enables the admin user to define the criteria required when assigning a Risk Level to an assessment of a new KYC screening automatically.

By Default, there are no predefined customized rules. In this area, the Administrator will be able to create the Scoring Rules by selecting the +Add Scoring Rule

IF Section - Has 3 rule types to set the criteria for Risk Scoring: Subject is from <-- Allows for Jurisdiction based rules Subject has a case with risk type <-- Allows for rules based on Risk Types Subject has KYC Status <-- Allows for rules based on KYC Statuses

Then Section - Each rule the Administrator creates, has the ability to have a custom value (Points) set. This done via the dropdown menu and has two options; Add + OR Subtract -

The next section is to set the Points that will be assigned to this rule, then next select the Status of the rule itself and finally select Save

Now that the Scoring Rules have been set, the Administrator has the ability to assign the Scoring Points to the Risk Level Assignment. This determines the Risk Level based off of the Scoring Rules and by the Points assigned to each rule for the final Risk Level Assignment. Once the Save button is selected, going forward the Scoring Rules and their associated Points will be enabled to determine the Risk Level Assignment of each new screening.

As seen above; when a screening was done and matched one of the rules enabled within the solution for the Country of Denmark, the system calculated the Risk Score and is shown on the entity that was screened within the Entities section from the Dashboard.

Selecting the enables the Administrator to select the options for each Rule

Once selected, the customization fields are displayed
