Clicking on a particular result from the Case Details page will bring the user to the Match Details page for the record where they will be able to see all Listings for this potential Match. Clicking Accept, Reject, or Unknown for a single match will “mute” the AML Issues for all of the Listings beneath it.
Ongoing Monitoring (1): This button if toggled on will continue to monitor all of the Risk Types that were selected at the time of the initial search. Monitoring will continue daily for 1 year. If a Case is in Closed status but Ongoing Monitoring is enabled, that Case status will be updated to Open and the potential risk identified will be displayed in the Case Details.
Assigned To (2): Select a user to whom the case should be assigned.
Case Status (3): Toggle the Case open or closed. If a case is closed, users will not be able to update listings.
Attached To (4): Attach users to the Case. Click here to learn about attaching and removing users to and from cases.
Listing Filtering (5): Displays what listings appeared for the Case search. Read more about listings and how they inform risk here.
Match Statuses (6): Potential (default), Unknown, Rejected and Accepted. The record will appear in its respective tab based on how the user marked it on the Case Details page. For reporting purposes, only accepted matches to the case would appear should that selection be toggled in the report generation pop up. Click here to learn more about reports.
Full Listings Subscreen (7): Displays results from Sanctions, Warnings, Fitness and Probity and PEP data. Users can mark individual risks here as Unknown, Accepted or Rejected. Users can also assign the listing to another user.
If all the Listings are of the same Entity, and the Entity is determined to be a false positive, the entire Match and all its Listing can be rejected.
If A Match is determined to be the same Entity as the KYC Subject, the Listings can be reviewed and Accepted individually or all at once under the Match Detail Page.
Adverse Media Subscreen (8): Displays results from news stories containing information about the search subject posted to the internet. Users can mark individual risks here as Unknown, Accepted or Rejected. Users can also assign the listing to another user.
Documents Subscreen (9): Displays related documents to listed warnings.
Add Comment (10): View and add comments to the specific case match result.
