The CSV will be emailed to the current user that requested it or you can go to Administration -> Files Management -> CSV -> Under the Exports section, select the Download button beside the export request done.
Selecting the Filter option on the main Entities dashboard area allows for the narrowing down of the listings of the entities displayed and the same results can be exported into a CSV file.

The ability to Upload CSV in the solution enables the user to do a bulk upload of entities to be added to the system.
A. Predefined Templates are available to be downloaded for ease of use to upload to the solution. The templates are either for Natural Persons or Legal Entities
Natural Persons Template Fields: FirstName, LastName, Nationality, DateOfBirth, Phone, Email, Street, City, StateProvince, Country, PostalZip, KYCStatus, AddCase, Title, Next KYC Review, Affiliated With, Roles, and Ownership %. (Note: The last five fields are optional)
Legal Entity Template Fields: Name, DateOfIncorporation, CompanyPhone, Street, City, StateProvince, Country, PostalZip, KYCStatus, AddCase, Business Number, Next KYC Review, Affiliated With, Roles, and Ownership %.(Note: The last five fields are optional)
Establishing an affiliation between a Natural Person and a Legal Entity:
In the Natural Person CSV template, when you add an entry that includes the Business Number of an existing Legal Entity in the "Affiliated With" column while specifying Roles and Ownership, the system will identify the specified Legal Entity, and the Natural Person entity will then be added as an affiliated entity for the identified Legal Entity.
Establishing an affiliation between two Legal Entities:
Similarly, in the Legal Entity CSV template, when you add an entry that includes the Business Number of an existing Legal Entity in the "Affiliated With" column while specifying Roles and Ownership, the system will identify the specified Legal Entity and the Legal Entity will then be added as an affiliated entity for the identified Legal Entity.
To avoid formatting errors, transfer your data to the downloaded CSV template and ensure that the date format follows the Year-month-date convention with dashes (ie. 1978-01-21).
TIP - With the addition and the selection under AddCase, if entered Yes to add a case, the entities will be screened and a case will be created to be reviewed.
B. Once the user has populated the CSV file, they would then locate that file and then select Upload CSV. When the Upload CSV is selected, the above screen will display a summary of the CSV contents for review. Selection of the Confirm Upload CSV will proceed to process the CSV file to populate the entities into the solution.
When the CSV has been selected to be uploaded into the solution, the system will email the user with the results and this will include if any errors were found during the processing of the CSV file. The user can also go within the solution to review the result via Administration -> Files Management -> CSV -> Imports
