Case Details

The Case Details page will appear after clicking a row in the Case Management grid. The search subject’s basic information will appear in this section, along with some other features described below.

  1. Ongoing Monitoring: This button if toggled on will perform daily the same search over again for one year. Users can toggle on the ongoing monitoring button at any time.

  2. Assigned To: Select a user to whom the case should be assigned.

  3. Case Status: Toggle the Case open or closed.

  4. Delete Case: Delete the Case.

  5. Attached To: Attach users to the Case. Click here to learn about attaching and removing users to and from cases.

  6. Match Filtering: Displays what listings appeared for the Case search. Items in green were part of the initial search with no results. Items in red were part of the initial search and have been flagged. Read more about Read more about listings and how

  7. Matches: Displays all results returned from the search.

  8. Match Statuses: Potential (default), Unknown, Rejected and Accepted. Records marked a status other than ‘potential’ will display in their respective tabs. to learn more about match statuses.

  9. Search Entities and Filter: Enter text in the search field. Users can also filter by Entity Type, Relevance and Country.

  10. Individual Matches: Clicking an individual match will take you to the Match Details page. to learn more about the Match Details page.

  11. Update Potential Matches: Users can mark potential matches as Unknown, Rejected or Accepted.

  12. Add Comment: Users can add, view and delete comments within the Case Details page.
